Sandwich Thins/Wholemeal Bread help please

I have just restarted SW and wondered if any of the Sandwich Thins are a healthy extra b.

I know the Warburton ones are brown and not wholemeal, but I have seen some Kingsmill
ones in Tesco that are wholemeal.

Would appreciate it if anyone could let me know what breads I can have other than
the standard slices from a 400g wholemeal loaf please.

You can have the 2 slices from a small 400g wholemeal loaf, 60g of wholemeal bread/bread roll or the 1 of new kingsmill thins wholemeal can be used now, also the ww 50/50 wraps (purple pack) or pittas can now be used as 1 for your healthy extra

And the Kinsmill thins are really nice too!

What if I have already had my healthy extra b? Porridge this am. How many syns then? I was starving thought they would be a safe ish option

As a general rule, any Healthy Extra (either A or B) is worth around 6 syns. So if you count 6, you'll be pretty safe.

But the Kingsmill thins specifically are only 5.
