Hi. I bought a pre packet sandwich from Asda and I've worked it out as having 10.5 syns on EE but I'm counting the bread as my healthy extra B, can I deduct some syns from the 10.5 due to this?

You can use 6 syns as a HEXB if it's on wholemeal bread. Not granary, malted, brown, seeded, white or any other - only wholemeal.

Oooh dear, I can't remember what kind of bread it was! It had seeds in it and it was brown? I think it might have been granary :/

Can't believe brown granary isn't included as a HEXB because it's got loads of Fibre in it with the seeds! Tsk lol

Yes but seeds are also high in fat and brown bread is only unbleached white bread so of no nutritional value.
