Day 20
First not so great day really. I was at an event for work at a hotel and being so tired...

Breakfast
2 harvest moon cereal bars (heb)

Lunch
Chilli con carne with rice and broccoli (hotel buffet restaurant) - not sure how any cooked!
4 mini chocolate prifiterole balls with tablespoon of chocolate sauce

Tea
Leftover sw cheesy mince
Half an aldi oven cooked Carlos 4 cheese pizza - 20syns

Snacks
4 of the pack sugars- count as 2 syns cuz no way is 1 a teaspoon!.in tea and coffee
Cafe latte small... not sure on syns
Mini delight chocolate bar- 5 syns
1 beer- 6syns

TOTAL SYNS:too many!

Tomorrow will be similar, although I Need more will power. I'm up again at 5am, to the train station to get to London, where I'll be at a conference all day. Still got a hen weekend. I won't be able to weigh in Saturday so will do Friday.
 
After a hen weekend and off the sw radar I've done a shop and am now back on it! Missed a few days so don't know what I'm on. Also put on 0.8lbs, but also due in period.

Fat free natural yoghurt with one cereal bar heb.

Lunch
Jacket potato (bannister frozen) 1 syn
Had with mayo and tuna- 1 syn

Tea
Sw beef lasagne

Snacks
Grapes
Chicken cup shot
Cereal bar heb
Milk in tea- 2 syns
2 sugars- 2 syns
3/4 bottle of Budweiser- 4 syns

TOTAL SYNS: 10
 
Hope you had a nice weekend. I don't think 0.8lbs is bad at all for being off plan, you'll lose that in no time :) xx
