Thank you. I seem to be doing ok through the day but then use a lot of syns for an evening snack. Need to get out of that habbit, or try to have better thing. Lol.

I was doing that first time around, not using any syns during day and then having most of them in evening for crisps and chocolate mainly, tried to get out of that habit this time, but creeping back in again, last week barely had any syns but STS so this week I am using more lol Tried to find that Lighter than Light Mayo in Lidl you were talking about, but they only had Mayo Light which was same syns as one I am using now. Perhaps the one I go to does not stock it. But did buy some WM bread that was actually part of HexB which I didn't realise it was, so wasn't a wasted journey!! Had also gone in for the skinny burgers I had been talking about, but they had gone up a bit and price, so worked out probably better buying lean mince and making my own, which would be more cost effective and can add what I want to the mince. It is all about adapting and working out what is best for yourself.

We tend to make our own burgers anyway. 5% lean mince and season/flavor to taste. My wife and i like chilli burgers but the kids arent very keen. Lol. That or we use the burger blend spice pack from JD Seasonings, they are very teasty and free slimming wise.

Yes it's Connell Bakery the bread, 2 slices from 600 g loaf (hexb) was actually very nice. Yes I am going to try and make my own burgers, I generally do not buy mince as took a real aversion to it a long time ago, but gonna force myself to buy some as feel like I am missing out on a lot of recipes.
