Hi im Sarah, im 32, married and got a 4yr old boy.

I've been on every diet going and i did good last year on slimming world i lost 2st then started messing about and i stopped going to group, now im nearly back to my biggest

I am restarting at group tonight and i can't wait really going to knuckle down and get it off this time.

Will post my start weight later tonight when i get back from class

Weighed in at 14st 12.5lbs but its my start weight so its onwards and downwards from here. Going to tesco in the morning for sw friendly foods

So its day one and we aren't going shopping till tomoz now so trying to have the best day i can have with what I've got in.

So here goes:

Ee

B: shape delight yogurt (0.5)

L: 2 hovis wholemeal ( heb1+2syns)
Egg fried in frylight and baked beans.grapes.

D: tesco frozen southern fried chicken (4) sw chips and spaghetti hoops.

S: biscuit moments (5)

Syns: 9.5
Weekly: 95.5 remaining

Yeah im determined this time, just had a banana and apple for breakfast

Thought id start a new diary because my other one is full of failure, fresh start and all that.x

Today is ee again.

B: banana, apple

L: 2 wholemeal bread (heb bread+2 syns) light marg (2) turkey slice,.mullerlight & a banana

D: chicken and onions fried in frylight, sw chips and garden peas.

So that's 4 syns so far but will be having some martini and diet lemonade or lager later, will update with syns.x

Hi Emma glad to found me


Today has been weird, we have had towel rail and shower fitted in the bathroom by my brother and Carl's been tiling so weve had the house full.

Id planned to make a roast beef dinner but didn't have enough to feed everybody so I've had a bit of a rubbish day food wise, and nearly no superfree but im glad i didn't blow it.

So today goes like this

B: cheese omellette (hea)

L: apple

D: sw chips, 2 fish cakes, & baked beans, 2 bread and light marg (2)

S: 2cans fosters (13)

Going to count 10 for the fishcakes think im way over but id rather be so today is a massive 25 syns.

Had a funny first week, I've tried to be as good as poss but I've had a couple of meals not to plan because we are decorating and I've still managed to lose 4.5lbs aiming for me first shiny next week
