thank crunchie its friday and work is over.com
i really fancy doing some sort of fitness now im thinner! i used to do zumba at the gym so think im gonna find a class somewhere so i can tone up again.
weigh in eve is here and i hace zero points in any form left. i dont tend to use ap but i might have to.
B was 2 x toast with peanut butter 4pp
L crab salad pitta (my new fav) 5pp
french fries 2pp
rocky road square 4pp
fruit
tea 1pp
D ..... was sooooo nice yet simple....6 mini waffles 6pp 2x sausage 3pp half tin of ww beans 4pp

i stayed the same this week. im feeling good about it its not a gain so happy days.
mentally i think its coz i had a treat but i think my body has had a break this week iv lost for a few weeks in a row so im thinking its inches lost rather than weight x

iv got 3 weeks worth of your week books and one has a thai beef casserole in and it looks amazing so think ill try making that today. it serves 4 so ill make it and freeze it. be nice to just grab out the freezer on a cold day l, looks so warm lol x
