Had a really bad week, completely exhausted. Didn't wanna cook or exercise. I was so happy that I only gained 8oz which really isn't anything. In total from Friday night & naps yesterday (2) I slept approx 16 hours, still feel tired today but a little better

Tried so many diets and going to give calorie counting ago. To be honest, this is my last chance.
My weight is going up, up, up
Just came back from a few days in Spain and am going back in May, would like to be at my goal of 10 Stone by then
I am really going to give it my all!!
Got 33 weeks to do this

I have just swapped way of eating to calorie counting and I will weigh myself on a Saturday morning at home.
Last week I put on 1.3lb which I was not suprised at as I had not been following any plan.

My head is more on the game than it was..... Calorie Counting sure makes you accountable portion-wise

I know. It definetely does! That's why I think I would be rubbish at something like slimming world. I know it's fab and works for loads of people but I would just eat massive portions of everything!
