Really pleased to have found this post as stewed sausages is one of my favourites and it is great to realise I can still indulge. I have ordered the Tesco Healthy Living ones to be delivered in next weeks Tesco.com.

Ive just checked the SW app and Tesco finest Venison sausages chilled are 1 syn each

Can anyone tell me the syn values for the asda own brand chicken sausages? Also the asda own brand turkey sausages?

It was 2 for £4 so I picked some up on Thurs but no idea on Syns!x

Don't see asda ones online but poultry sausages (unbranded) turkey/chicken are 2 syns each

Anyone seen the porky light sausages in ASDA? No idea what the syn value is but they have only 3% fat. Hoping for a syn free answer!

Tesco healthy living Cumberland sausages 1 Syn each
Tesco value sausages 3 syns each

All reasonable priced too

I avoid quorn & soya ones like the plague as I cannot stomach them. I try my best to avoid artifical meats, soya & sweetners.

I'm late to this thread but the Iceland slimming world range does syn free sausages- they're soooo good!
