save syns or use daily?

You can save them for the weekend if that's what you want to do Pip1980. That's what I do so I can have a decent drink :D

I personally prefer to use mine daily, but it is entirely up to you. Whichever way works best for you. If there is a special occasion at the weekend or something I might be good during the week and save them up. :)

I tend to use mine daily because I'm trying not to binge, being able to blow 100 syns in one day wouldn't be good for me but I know that people do. I was looking on the website at the flexible syn page and saw:[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]

At Slimming World we don't recommend that you save all your Syns up for the week, just so you can have a few drinks on a Saturday night.

This is because they don't want people to feel too restricted throughout the week and possibly blow it. I know that saving syns seems to work for a lot of people though so it's about how you feel more than anything. If you can live without daily syns and stick 100% to the plan you will probably be fine to save them.

Personally I use my daily but if you go out at weekends people do save them for then. its personal preference more than anything but is recommended to have them on a daily basis

A lady at my class has a plastic tub and at the start of the week she adds all her favourite syns up to 70 ie ; curly wurlys, mini bottle of wine, crisps etc... Then she eats something from it whenever she fancies, even if its 3 things one night and if she has emptied before the end of the week then she has no syns left until the start of the next.
She says it works fine for her!
Personally i have 10 a day x

I really like to have a drink at the weekend and so save 30 or 40 syns for that. If I were to give that up then I would feel really restricted and I cope fine with 5 to 10 syns a day. On those rare weeks when I haven't had a drink and spread my syns out my losses haven't significantly improved. I do always try to have at least 5 syns a day.

You can try it and if your losses slow down you can go back to daily syns.

I have always generally had 15 syns per day (before maintaining), sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more. If I was having a night out, I would use it as a flexi syn day.

i always have between 5 and 10 every day.....that way i am using them but i also have a little bit extra in reserve if i ever want to be naughty!

I use them weekly. Some days I have none and some days I have lots.
