    Not had much as I'm on nightshift at the moment and it's booo!

    1 pint of skimmed milk (4)
    M&S Chicken Miso Ramen Noodle Soup (4)
    Skinny Cow Triple Chocolate Brownie Icecream (1.5)
    WW Oat & Vanilla Biscuit (1.5)
    M&S Count on Us Tomato & Basil Chicken with Pasta (5.5)
    Boots Mint Nougat bar (1.5)
    Velvet Crunch (1.5)
    Costa medium hot chocolate (2)
    50g Cornflakes (2.5)

    Total 24/24

    Desperately running out of time! Oh well, time to go to the gym and then have a gander through town. Should use up some points that way :3

    I see alot of snacks at the moment, but this is generally how I cope on nightshift. Just small amounts every couple of hours, that and I didn't sleep to well this afternoon, feeling abit like a zombie today.

    3 bonus points earned (gym and walking)
