Hi All just thought that I would ask what type of scales do you use at home .. I have both a mechanical and a digital one and they both vary by about 4 lbs ( a lot when you are on a diet) which do you think are more accurate??? To be fair my digital scales give me different readings each time I step on on it.. Just wondered x

i use my wii board and it weighs same as my cons scales. but out of ditgal and non ditgal i think non are probably more reliable in exprience. with my ditgal ones they used to tell me different everytime i got on.

Some of the discrepancy might be down to the floor surface...

Try to weigh on a hard surface like a tiled floor or lino, not on carpet (the squidginess of the carpet can make the scales jump about quite a bit).

I use weight watchers ones they are 2lb lighter then my cons.

I've got WW ones too, digital ones, they weigh me on 1lbs lighter than my CDC, she's just changed her scales, her last ones used to be about 3lbs heavier! X
