Scan bran is brilliant and does help weight loss.
I'll admit it's not the tastiest of things but you can make so much with it like cakes, pizzas, as a crispbread and having it in yogurts etc.
I had it everyday for a week and my losses went from 0.5lbs-1lbs a week to

3lbs. Which really helped.

I am doing a scan bran challenge this week and on day 3.

Day 1 5 scan bran with quark and cheddar...ok
Day 2 5 scan bran with cottage cheese and pineapple yum
Day 3 Using scan bran in carrot cake recipe plan on eating 1/4 equals 1 1/2 scan bran in oven at moment

I didn't eat lots of it, most days I had 2 pieces a day then one day I made the pizzas and had 5 for my HEB choice.
Just make sure if you do eat it to have plenty of water, because it is full of fibre you need the water to flush it out otherwise you could end up constipated.

I might pop in to H&B and grab some scan bran and give it a try. :)

I am just looking at the scan bran packet for you now. Here is the nutritional info per piece.....
Protein 1.49g
Fat 0.53g
Carbs 2.9g
Dietary Fibre 4.21g
Sodium 0.04g
Energy 22.3 kcal

They are 5 Pieces for 1 Healthy extra B choice or 1 piece is 1 syn.

I must admit I find it hard to eat as crispbread though with phili on. I dunno why but I just cant chew it. It's abit harsh for me. But I've enjoyed having it in my mullerlight yogurt, 2 pieces :D xxx

I may be wrong but I'm sure the syns have gone up for scan bran and it's not 1 syn a slice anymore, I don't tend to eat it but remember consultant saying something? x
