Hat is scan bran and where would I find it at Tesco? What HE does it come under also? x

Scan Bran is a kind of crisp bread type thing, which is sold in slimming world groups, and is often likened to chip board! Haha! It does work faily well as a kind of scouring pad for your insides though, for lack of a better way of putting it!

I think some health food shops (e.g. Holland and Barrett) also sell it though, and 5 of them count as one HeXB choice, or they are 1 syn each. Hope this helps!

don't think there is a direct alternative to scan bran for fibre content, crackerbread is 1 syn a piece too but not as 'fibrey' as scan bran

do you not go to group?
