Scanbran???

Hey, seemed a good idea to get some scanbran from class but I have no idea of any recipes with it in and its a bit boring as it is!! Any ideas?

So far I have made the carrot cake and the curly wurly cake (tonight) ... My two teenage boys loved it...I'm in deep shock ... It was totally yummy deffo worth having a go ... I gotta make another tomorrow me thinks none left xxx

Our c made a nice chocolate cake with it. Must confess though, when I looked at the scan bran I thought ewwww, but the cake was very nice.

I didn't let my boys know it had scan bran in they think it was made with bread he he he
