I was wondering if someone could help me... My OH has made a chicken and pasta bake using 'Schwartz 2 in 1 Mediterranean chicken bake + cheesy crumb topping'
I cant find the syn value for this anywhere and I cant put the nutritional values in the syns calculator as the calories etc are for the recipe when made as instructed. Has anyone had these and can you tell me how many syns they are? Thanks in advance x
