Oooooooooohhhh my hubby is doing ww with me and is desperate for scones but was put off when I told him how high they were in points after checking the tesco ones... any chance you can share your recipe??? xxx

Sure no problem.

225g self raising flour 10.5pt
50g bertolli light 3.5pts
25g splenda/sweetner 0pts
pinch of salt 0pts
150ml skimmed milk 1pt

that makes 15 points and makes 8-12 scones ( so im gonna make an average 10) making them 1.5 each.

you can also not put in the sweetner and instead put 25g cheese in and when made into 12 scones are still about 1.5 pts each :)

temp:220C and baked for 12-15 minutes until well risen and golden

i am most definitely not going to make these
as I know I would eat them all.

Bad enough trying to stay on the straight and narrow normally
but imagine what I would be like with freshly baked scones,
yummmmmmmmmmmmmm

yesh i just ate them all doh!!! treadmill for me for a couple of hours me thinks! xxx
