boil eggs, wrap in joes sausagemeat or any low syn sausagemeat, roll in beaten egg and then roll in nimble breadcrumbs, spray with frylight and bake in a moderate oven, eat hot or cold- this is for a red day,
I guess you could do green ones with quorn sausages ??

ment to say you could mould any low syn sausage round the egg, not just sausagemeat!
