Seasonings & Spices

Can anyone tell me if you have to count spices, I made the burger recipe from the SW website and it said it was syn-free.
It included BBQ Seasoning (I bought a *Schwartz*sp (been a long day) one)
But then someone at work told me they had syns? I have tried to have a look online and in the book, just wondered if anyone out there knows

PS I used loads of the bloody stuff in homemade salsa (it was bloomin gorgeous)

Many thanks a friend just told me all Schwartz Perfect Shake are free so that is good! Going to try the fish one tonight

I have a Schwartz perfect shake to put on my salad, it really adds some nice flavours to it x
