I know the 1st can be the biggest loss as it's a shock to the body, but do people find the second week is a lot slower? I'm on day 4 of my second week, and I've lost 2lb already and feel a little disappointed which I know is silly as I've still lost 10lbs in 10 days. Do u find that ur third week WI is better again?

You're only on day 4 so still time go lose more
Don't be disheartened - average is around 3 to 3.5 lbs a week and it all averages put eventually
Ive given up worrying about daily losses now because it's the long term losses that matter
So much can affect losses - TOTM, drinking plenty, water retention ...you name it
    You're doing brilliantly x
