Second week weigh in....

.....and i have lost another 5.5 pounds. I'm so totally chuffed. I'm finding this diet quite smooth so far. I think that your head needs to be in the right place to stick to this diet and mine totally is. can't wait to start slipping on my old jeans and clothes i haven't worn for ages.

We went xmas shopping today and DH bought me a lovely Trench coat from Zara two sizes too small as my goal to get into. And guess what....i know i will do it
