Wow Lise how are you doing it? Are you just doing green (ish) with 1 HEa and 1 HEb lots of veg and making your 'red' freebies things like Quorn?

I gained back all I'd lost so joined a new group for a new start, they're much much nicer & that helps too!

I've been doing EE making sure I have fruit with breakfast & 1/3 veg with lunch & dinner & I'm snacking on fruit pretty much all day. I'm finding EE really easy & where I'm making sure I have 1/3 superfree I'm making the rest of the dinner that little bit smaller which is definately helping!

The only thing I don't like with EE is 1HEXB but if I want toast/hi-fi bar or something I just use my syns.

I'd love to see one of your diaries hun, I have trouble whenever I do EE, using syns for another HEb then forgetting and having like an extra 5 syns and snacking on free not superfree. Grrrr.

I am sooo hitting walls at the moment trying to get back on track. I put on what I lost over Christmas and it's taken me this long to get back into it. I should have been at class this morning too but I didn't go. :-(
