    Just had second weigh in only lost half after 2 off last week bit disappointed even though i know it is a loss still have to carry on every little bit helps x

    it comes off much slower the less you have to loose i think. Don't let it get ya down keep up the good work any loss is great at the end of the day

    Hi going to do extra exercise this week it just seems half is not a lot after all the effort put in but like you say it going in right direction would have been really sulking if i had stayed the same lol x
