Well done Donny I'm on my second week at the moment and I lost 9lbs on my first week. I do hope I am as successful as you.

I am going to have an extra shake (rather than quit) and an early night and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Slimoncemore hang in there. My CDC gave me four packs a day for the first week. She advised me that it was better to have four and stay away from food. I think I had four on day three only and Iwas fine from there on in. So don't give up. You are well on the way to reaching your goal;)
