Secret Eaters on Channel 4

Just watched the last 3 episodes of Secret Eaters back to back where families get filmed for 5 days to see what they are really eating not what they report on their food diaries. It was a really good watch and spotted so many of my habits :busted:

Must start filling in My Fitness Pal religiously and also think will give the small plate idea a try this time.
Did anyone else watch this?

I've watch the first too and I also saw little things I used to do and still do sometimes it's shocking how we don't really think about what we eat. Very good programme forgot it was on tonight x

Hopefully you can catch it on 4OD. The daughter was a classic emotional eater, eating for good and bad times, and I can definitely relate to that.
