    Hello there, I don't often post but thought I would as I'm nearly halfway through my journey now. 5 months ago I hadn't long had my baby and couldn't even get size 20 jeans on - 20 weeks on and I'm wearing size 16 jeans - still a way to go but I feel like I'm getting my old self back.
    Keep chipping away as all those small losses really add up - this is the first week I can really see a change. Hoping to get my 3 stone for christmas to spur me on to stay on track-ish over christmas time.
    I feel very proud as I've been doing it from home.

    Glad I read this post as I've had a couple of slow weeks but I'm not going to give up - as you say keep chipping away and you will get there - this is what I try and tell myself everyday!
    Also, the results might not be showing on the scales but my trousers are definitely looser!
