Self raising flour

Anybody know the syn value of sr flour as I want to make dumplings tomorrow but gave no idea

Tesco, Dumpling Mix, made up as directed, 30g each	4
Basic, Dumplings, each	6½
Co-op, Suet Dumpling Mix, dried, 227g pack	50
Atora, Herby Dumpling Mix, dried, 180g pack	38½

these are syns on ee for ready prepped mixes

sr flour is 4 syns for 25 g plain is 4.5 for 25g
