Ive just popped home on a break (been out at work since 6am) and wont be back until 10pm tonight (god I love thursdays - NOT!)

Today I have to spend it in a library doing eesearch, I have no access to a kitchen or anything so I have prepared a salad with cous cous and chicken and got my alpens and 1lt of water. Wish me luck...when i last did this I used to just go to the cafe for lunch and coffees etc etc so today will be a challenge. BUT IM READY
