September 2017 Challenge

Joining in this month, target would have been 2lbs this month (going off 0.5lb loss each week) but I lost 1.5lbs this week (5.9.17) so my target will be 3.5lb.

Weigh in day: Tuesday
Target: 3.5lb
No holidays
 
I started SW again last Wednesday and so my weigh in day would have been today. I decided on Saturday though that I needed the group support and joined a Saturday group - my first weeks weigh in with group is therefore this Saturday (9th). Can I change my weigh in day to Saturday please? I know technically the first weigh in will be over a week by a couple of days, but will amount to the same thing in the end!

Well done on the losses.

Weighed myself this morning and I am down 3lb.
I have been very strict for the last 2 weeks and it has paid off.
I have also upped the pace of my walking so that might be helping too.
Very pleased with myself. Must keep this momentum going now :)
 
I'm weighing in a day early this week as won't have time tomorrow. I have sts but I've been off plan the past 2 days so I'm just grateful it's not a gain! Am back on track from today and will have a loss next week!

I've lost 1.1 kg which I think is 2.6lb

I was getting worried mid week having no weight loss for 6-7 days but stuck with it and was relieved when I'd lost

Got to try stopping popping on and off scales every morning .

Well done everyone

I'll have to do something amazing to meet my target 10lb now though
