    Hi everyone
Due to go for weigh in tomorrow, should have been today but nurse is off ill so they cant fit me in til tomorrow morning.
Absolutely dreading it as had a horrendous weekend over my birthday where i did slip off the wagon, been back on 100% for just over week now and scales just aren't moving and i am sick of the shakes etc,a very stupid comment from someone who is no position to talk quite honestly has taken its toll too,had several people commenting on how good i look over the last week or so,yet this one person bluntly said i looked no different bar a little slimmer in my face maybe :mad::mad:
I am not craving anything bad but i could kill for a salad :(
really not sure if i can keep on this much longer as i am struggling to take the shakes,am down to just strawberry now as others make me feel ill quite honestly,I really wanted to stay on it til mid sept but really cant see i will do it,scared people will think i am a failure etc but it really is hard as i am sure you all appreciate yourselves, going t have a good chat with the nurse tomorrow and see what she says
Sorry to rant on just really don't know what to do for the best :(
    x

you are right it has made me a bit more determined to stay on it but am going to discuss it tomorrow and see what she advises, also been doing weigh ins fortnightly since 1st one and think that could be part of the problem too, think may need to go every week to help me stay on it even a few more weeks
