    Hi, do the Shape 0% yoghurts have a syn value. I thought they were free ( and delicious!) but have noticed in somebody's food diary that they are putting 1/2 a syn on them.

    The apple crumble crumble one sounds lovely - will have to look out for that!

    Picked some up in Asda yesterday they are fantastic!! really creamy and taste as though they should be more than 1/2 a syn, it really helped with my sweet craving last night.

    Oh and also they were on offer.

    I 100% recomment the Rhubarb Crumble yogurt for anyone that likes Rhubarb...tangy and scrummy

    Ooh, thank you for that Vic1980 and MissMimi, I want one NOW!!! Will have to look out for them, I've not noticed them in my local Tesco, but it is quite small!!!
