Shape Chocolate Mousse

Can anyone tell me the Syns in the milk chocolate one? I can't find this anywhere - even in the Food Directory :sigh:

If so, they are 5 1/2 syns on red, green and EE

I did that too. They are so yummy but 5 1/2 syns is quite steep especially with them being such small pots too.

Good for that chocolate fix though!

I did the same- with the White chocolate ones, and was sad to find out they were so high! I'd go for CAdbury light mousse now.

These type of things will always be 1 syn for every 20 calories as they have no free food allowance

Cadburys light mousse is the way forward! They only have 3 1/2 syns per pot and the cadburys light trifles 6 1/2 per pot, they are great for a chocolate fix! Or try mixing a sachet of options into a Total 0% Greek yogurt for 2 1/2 syns!
