Hi - it was the first time I'd had the meatballs - they were lovely - and you can have 10 for 3.5 points! Very filling

I didn't take any photos of me at the do! But might be on ITV 2 as they filmed the after party and Madness played, and I was right at the front! Oh god, just realised I was dancing like a drunkard (cos I was a drunkard) so I'm now hoping I'm NOT on ITV2!! lol

I know - not sure why I didn't take any - I planned on it, but then red wine got in the way! Hmm - sometimes I think I can see a difference sometimes I don't! Oh well - will just keep going and going til I get to goal!

iv never worked anywhere without a dress code - i am soooo happy about it thou cos i wore trousers and a work top today and felt so fat and frumpy - least tomorro i can wear somethin more stretchy till my bloated belly goes down!! cant wait to cut my carbs and beat the bloat... im so angry i had another blip when im getting so close to vegas - i could slap myself i really could!! xxxx

nooo - no slapping! Soon as you cut your carbs your tummy will go right back down again! I tend to eat no carbs after lunch - or at least very low carbs if any otherwise I feel like a heifer! lol

im gonna do low carb for the next 8 days - just veggies for carbs - but then for the last 2 weeks i think i might do that then like you and just have no carbs after lunch - hopefully the week of very low carb will get rid of my gut - thanks for makin me feel less bad about it xx

Hey sharon was planning on watching the awards anyway so will keep an eye out for the dancing drunk! he he
Had a nice sit in the garden today & even tho im in the 10s my tummy still feels way too flabby & sticky out so maybe i need to cut the carbs like gabs too i did atkins once was successful but way too strict to keep up so will see x

p.s ,managed 1st day low carb and feel great for it - keepin my veggies high though so gettin carbs from good stuff rather than junk and sugar!

I cant make weigh-in tonight as I've got a meeting in town. D'oh! Sooo going by my scales at home .... I've put on 0.5lbs. Which isn't bad at all after the weekend I had, so I'll take that thank you very much...

Hi all,

Well I'm back on track. Although had a meeting in town last night and ended up drinking almost a bottle of pink wine and having chips. BUT it was 'treat' night, so doesn't really count does it???

Anyway - on track today and for rest of week - and bought 5 step fat attack DVD so no excuses!
