Hmm... well that may be a little bit of an understatement!! Had LOTS of naughty foods but definitely enjoyed it! Am going out to dinner tonight ... THEN it's the Low-Point sprint to WI day to try and make up for it!

Am HOPING my new WII EA sports Active game will arrive today - it's released in shops today and mine was despatched to me yesterday - if I have that for over the BH weekend that'll get me motivated enough to do some exercise!

Happy belated birthday Sharon sounds like you had a great birthday!! I must be so slow.. I didnt "twig" (please excuse the pun) that you and Twig were sisters!! DOH!:copon:

Hi all,

Hope everyone's well. I don't want to tell you what the scales said when I got on them this morning, but suffice to say it was enough for me to get my Wii EA sports out the box and start it!

And it's fab! I did day 1 of my 30 day challange, and for some reason I chose 'hard - high intensity' option. oh. my.god. I am soooo unfit! And I can't do lunges - they hurt! LOL but feel great now I've completed it, and I got some medals for my time too! Really recommend it :)

Gonna make some butternut squash soup later and live off that today! lol Right off to go sit in the sun and get the energy up to mow the lawn!
