1 Warburtons Square Wrap - 4pts

topped with

1/2 tin chopped tomatoes with a sprinkle of chilling flakes and oregano (reduced on a low heat for 10mins) - 0ptst

40g Morrisons Eat Smart mature cheddar - 3pts

Yellow pepper, Onion, Cherry Tomatoes & Mushrooms - 0pts

Put in oven on medium heat for 10-15mins until base crisp.

IT WAS LUSH :)

That looks amazing! It's such a shame we don't get them over here in Ireland :(.

i think it would work well with like a flat bread instead maybe xx

ok so today has gone really well :)

Breakfast

Chopped Tomatoes on toast with Brown Sauce - 3pts

Lunch

Warburtons Square wrap pizza, with onion, yellow pepper, ham, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes & Morrisons eat smart Cheese + extra light mayo - 9pts

Dinner

Haddock Fillet in lemon and Parsley Butter with Homemade oven chips, Salad and Extra Light Mayo - 8pts

Snacks

1/2 ww Mediteranean Veg Quiche, 4X Chocolate Coins, 2x Crunchie Biscuits, 1/2 slice toast with butter - 11pts

Total:- 31pts

So still have 3pts left for a little snack later :)

sooooo i baked some muffins with buttercream icing ate one (8pts EACH) so dissapointing :(

Im not religious at updating it but i try my best lol - i mainly update it now when i have tried something new ect

200g New Potatatoes 4pts
3tbsp Extra Light Mayo 1pts
Pepper, lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber & Spring Onion 0pts

TOTAL:- 10pts

wow, just been reading your diary you have come so far well done! sometimes when your in the middle of your journey it can be very discouraging but you have come so far, keep going! your meals look great too
