I was a bit picky in the evening and had a slice of ham, a tsp of philli, a small piece of cheese and a couple of spoons of my partners cajun chicken - i put that this used all 8 of my points i had left but i doubt it did. 8

Been really busy over the tail end of the weekend and the beginning if this week so havent had time to update, will get back on it today though. Weigh In yesterday and i lost 2lbs thats 10lbs in total now :D

Hun im getting really bad at keeping this updated, im good at tracking online but just transferring it to here is a right fanny on,Weighed myself this morning, im at 13lbs lost now! I think that puts me past my 5%, so doing really well. im going to go and have a look at your diary and message you on there xx

thanks hun, am so proud of myself. Am finding it really hard to stay on track this week, am doing my best though hopefully the scales will still show a loss am going to aim for 100% week next week! x
 
ditto thats why i think im finding it hard this week just want to ram my face full of crunchies and pringles lol wont make me feel any better though. xxx
 
Just Blew 50points on dominos and its only wednesday..... i have 0 bonus points left that means being a very good girl until tuesday....
 
1lb loss this week, i have to admit i wasnt 100% committed this week, am back on it today though today is a whole new week :D
 
am still doing well 100% on track so far this week! hopefully it reflects on the scales on tuesday xx
 
Have now changed to a wed weigh in after a bad week am going to start tracking religiously again as have gone a bit off track - lost 20lbs upto now though only another 62 to go :D
 
I think changing to wed weigh in was my way of avoiding the fact i had a horrendous day on tuesday and that has seemed to follow on all week, just cant seem to get back on track. am staying as tuesday weighin and what ever happens tomorrow happens. I would guess ive gained. But tomorrow is a brand new week and i have already planned some of my points for the week ahead. will keep you updated, wish me luck x
 
Shelby! I fell off the wagon too! :( event after event day after day I just couldn't say no Soo much n let my tummy rumble with such a lot of food around! Oh dear! Im heading for a gain... I've been weighing in on a weds since I was poorly a few weeks ago! It works out better in little guys routine too so just stuck to it!

I'm being super good today n tomorrow n then back to normal! Good luck gorgeous! Here's to getting back on track! Xx
 
fingers crossed for us.... ive just had so many meals out this week and i could of made good choices..... but i didnt...... lol never mind we shall just have to be really good from tomorrow. I havent been on here much even which i dont think has helped so im going to try and keep updating my diary. let me know how you do on wed babes good luck xxx
