Shift Workers???

Hi was just wondering if anyone could help me? I am a shift worker i do 12 hour days and nights and i'm getting low on ideas of what to take to work on night shifts. I try to keep away from pasta as i find it really bloats me when i'm at work coz i don't have time to walk it off so it just sits heavy giving me bad tummy ache. I'm also a picky eater which doesn't help. I tend to stick to chicken, ham, bacon and tuna most of the time and worry i'm not having enough variety.

Night shifts is generally when i crave sweet stuff the most too. Last night i had a WW lemon cake slice and was shocked to find it was quite high in syns! That will teach me to assume that low WW points don't automatically mean low syns!

If anyone has any ideas for easy food at work i'd really appreciate it!
