Hello Everyone, my friend has convinced me to come on here :) I am never great at keeping a written food diary so I am hoping this might be the way forward :)

I have a sister and friend following SW and it has inspired me to do the plan too.

I am going to do mostly Red days as I lovvvvve Bread so like to have 2 Healthy Extras lol

Hiya I'm doing really well so far today. I nearly brought a bag of crisps for the journey home as I'm tired but didn't want to use my syns on them so had a banana instead. How are you doing? X
