I've just wolfed down a small lamb shish kebab. I was hoping if someone could tell me how many syns it was with chilli sauce... I was also hoping that I could count the pitta as my healthy extra

I dont know about the meat im afraid hun but I do know that you wont be able to use the pitta as your hexb so your going to have to count the whole thing as syns.

yeah and doner kebab is totally different to a shish, shish is grilled and has not fats or sauces just chicken fillet grilled on a stick, the doner is full of fat and shaved whilst turned vertical. stick to shish kebabs with a nice side salad. im have chicken shish tonight on extra easy with rice and jacket potatoe.

i dont think there would be syns for a shish? but deffo the doner

I have put the syns for a lamb shish on here not so long ago as it is my favourite good takeaway.

it is 3 syns for each skewer (100g). the pitta is 7 for a small and 9 for a large. the chilli sauce is 0.5 syn per tablespoon.

you cant count the pitta as healthy extra because it isnt wholemeal!

i usually order a small lamb shish - no sauce loads of salad then do sw chips and a mayo/greek yoghurt sauce.

this then totals about 13 syns!! yummy half takeaway!
