All help much appreciated - thank you
Katie

Hiya :) I started sw myself only 2 weeks and so far love the plan.

Advice of what musts to buy would be fry light spray which is the alternative to cooking oil, several herbs+spices (paprika, cumin, coriander etc), soy sauce, worcester sauce, tobasco, if you're buying meat it needs to be extra lean, muller light yogurts (there's a list of what one's are syn free) then obv all the fruit+veg you want. I still take my food optimising book to telco with me lol xx

*tesco even.. Damn predictive text lol x

Hi Angela
Thanks for that , that's really helpful.
I've done SW once but not since this extra easy plan came in.
I've read all about it and think I've pretty much grasped the concept of it - only 1 hex A&B choice
All red and green day foods free together
1/3 supersede foods with everymeal
And anything syned take the lowest value.

I saw someone had made a plate to help with the 1/3 free food I may do this. I'm going to be doing plan from home and I tend to weigh myself at boots.

Just need to make sure I'm prepared with all the essentials I need - plus I don't get paid till Friday so can't do a shop yet lol

SuperFREE not superspeedy. Theyre not the same and there has been a bit of confusion about it. Superfree are most fruit & veg except potato, yam, avocado, parsnips. (And beans/peas/pulses are not vegetables)

For your trolley may I suggest Kellogg's Fibre Plus Milk Chocolate Cereal Bar - a healthy chocolate bar!!! 1 of these counts as 1 HEXB. Others would suggest Alpin lights - you can have two of these as 1 HEXB. I would also add baked beans, cottage cheese (v. v. low fat) and baking potatos which are always handy. You've already mentioned fruit and veg which is good. Strawberries and raspberries are in season and melons seem to be on offer everywhere at the mo.
