Should i go to the doctors or.....

    Hi guys,

    Been going to the gym for ¾ days a week for a few months now mainly on the cross trainer and i would see my diet is relatively balanced!

    But, my belly is hard and massive still....

    I don't know what to do, I have posted a picture of it and if you can just suggest to me what to do.... it just seems massive and its not flab... its as if my stomach is massive.

    I used to be as skinny as a rake... I am 21 and weight 14stone currently.....

    Unfortunatly its probably beer thats done that, my boyfriend has the same problem hes pretty fit(used to be in the army) does weights and goes to the gym 5 times a week -hes toned everywhere except his belly and he wont give up his real ale! If you drink pints, cut out alcohol for a few weeks and see if that works? no point undoing all your hard work now

    As Nat said, are you still drinking alcohol? And if so, how much? How long have you been attending the gym/eating healthily?
    If you can identify alcohol as the problem and you cut it out and there's still no change, then I would seek medical advice.
