Shred

It's an exercise plan/ DVD by Jillian Michaels, who does the fitness for The Biggest Loser USA tv programme. It's excellent, you do 20 minutes a day every day for 30 days, going up a level every 10 days, and it 'shreds' the fat. It's very good for toning, with quick results.
 
Saw people raving about this and read the reviews and thought I would give it a go!

Oh my god..... I am completely exhausted! Barely feel like I could stand up now!! Dunno how I will cope with that daily! And have no idea how I will ever get past level one!! Lol
