Had my weigh in this morning... I maintained, pharmasist said i still should have lost t.o.m or not... T.o.m came is morning, well atleast didnt gain............... So annoyed at the pharmasist, thats the type of thing that actually puts me off the diet

2.5lb off for me Don't think I'm going to quite make my challenge, but I've been 100% throughout, so can do no more really lol. I'm pleased with my losses regardless. I have PCOS so always lose more slowly on any diet. This one is still speedy for me compared to 0.5 - 1.0lb losses each week on a conventional diet!
