Not doing too good just lots in my head and been off track need to get back on it but hard when heads not in right place so glad to hear you are doing well. Xxx

Already done a 1 hour walk and about to embark on another 2-3 hour digging session in the garden. Ive been making the most of the nice weather. All my garden patio slabs are broken and uneven. Ive spent the last 3 days taking them up (all 350 pieces of them), digging over weeds and levelling the ground and now in the process of re laying them today. If that isnt body magic, I dont know what is lol

10k on the bike already done this morning. I managed to jog on the spot for 6 whole minutes this morning too. 6! I couldnt run for 6 seconds a few months ago lol
Have an hours walk later to pick up my son from afterschool club, then we are going to the park. Then another hour back home. All this extra activity had better pay off tomorrow :)

I only went and lost 3.5 lbs! That takes me into the 13s!!!!!! Won Slimmer of the week and the raffle and wait for it.....The Greatest Loser 2014 Whoop whoop.
Havent eaten a damn thing today but its my brothers birthday and we are all off out to lunch in a mo so will sort out the food diary later tonight!

Thanks hun. I was so good today. My brother decided he wanted a wimpy! I nearly had a panic attack but went for a jacket potato with beans and cheese with no butter. Im sure the potatoes must have some sort of oil on them so not sure about the syns but really pleased i didnt eat the double bacon cheeseburger and chips that everyone else ordered lol The jacket was lovely.
