I dont know, I think you are doing fabulously! 8.5 lbs is amazing! Im actually on refeed at the mo as I was on TFR for 20 weeks and it was doing my head in a bit, getting slightly depressed from it I was!

We can egg each other on anyway sure! Keep up the fab work!

Your loss in an astonishing achievement! I can understand getting frustrated after 20 weeks on TFR. With any luck I won't need to be on it much longer than about 15/16 weeks. *fingers crossed*

Whats your goal Gemma? Mine is 10 st but ive never been that weight in my entire adult life so im now sure how it would even look!

My target is to hit about 8st 3lb. I'm short and got a tiny frame so even back when I was 9st I was still too fat!

I'm sure 10st will look fab on you hun
