silly question for 790

I am probably being a right dimbo here but I'm not sure if the weight of the protein is cooked or uncooked. Does anybody know?

For example, tonight i cooked a pack of haddock which was 312grams uncooked and just over 220g cooked - not sure if i was over or under the allowed amount!!

any advice greatly appreciated
 
Not a silly question at all, most people ask it!!!

It is actually all uncooked weights, on all plans, I didnt know for ages and went by cooked weights though!!!!
