something really fast and easy is Batchelars Pasta n Sauce, most are free, I have the tomato and herb, you just add wated to it and put in pan for 20 mins, then I make and add eather chicken to it or lean mince to it and sometimes put my HE cheese grated on top to make a pasta melt, takes 20 mins to make and its lovely! Also good to put in a lunchbox for work and warm up in microwave
