Simply filling and pp together

Does anyone do pp on day sf the next and just mix it up during the week I read in the new mag that u can do it but just wondered if anyone had done it an what losses they got
 
any 1 able to help?
 
I haven't tried it in that way as yet but I love the idea of it. I have tried simply filling for a few weeks and loved it. It just needs more cooking time as you really can't have ready meals etc when on it. But it stopped me from snacking! I think I would ideally like to simply fill the majority of the time and pro point only on weekends and such!
 
Oh and on my week of simply filling even with going out having wine and a takeaway really two days off plan I still lost 3lbs :)

Simply filling is where u eat the food marked green in ur pocket guide u eat as much as u need to feel satisfied not full if u eat anything not highlighted green u need to point it. U don't point or measure out the green food but u do the other food not highlighted, if u go to the top of the page there is a separate thread that says simply filling in there there is also a food list with all the filling and healthy food and a thread explaining it a little better, let us know if u find it ok
