Sinéad's Weight Loss Journey....

Def no heatwave in Kildare. Got warm earlier but no - lashing rain again. :(

Sinead... lunch sounds yum and so does leftover curry. Good luck with biscuits. Im the same. I don't buy them so I don't eat them but in my parents I have to really try! :)

And pasta salad wud be great for Sat road trip. Yum. :)

Mine is set off by stress and bad food. But one of the girls at work is same as you Serena - healthy food drives her IBS crazy. :(

Yey! At least I know I'm not alone! I'd probably be really 'healthy' if I ate Dominos and from the Chippy every night, just rather porky lol x PS-I only buy bits for Poppy but those never bother me as I know they are hers! X

Too much veg upsets my ibs. But otherwise too many white carbs r junk food. So I needed to learn a happy medium.
For those interested.. Being pregnant is great for my ibs. Don't think it's even been as good : D

I best hope the stork pays me a visit then ;-) x

Yummy! Your plates look like a White Plate with a Blue Doiley, so cute! X

they are my mam's plates. she has the full set. I only had a plum after my dinner last night as was full.
Woke up late this morning and was in a rush then to get to work. Still not had breakfast, hate trying to catch up!
didn't help that i'm mega busy at work today... roll on the weekend. I'm so excited about my trip to Belfast :)

Hope u have a good day at work, sounds as though you will deserve your weekend away! X

Thanks...so today's lunch was 1 Aldi Wholemeal Wrap with my 25g slice of low fat red cheddar cheese, LTL mayo, salad and 2 Turkey slices. I then had a clementine plus 3 tbsp of my Aldi low fat yogurt. I must become a bit more adventurous with my foods but i'm enjoying the wraps at the moment and i find them very filling so im not tempted to snack.

Filling is good :) I love Wraps, I buy the Discovery Wholemeal ones and use them as Pizza Bases! X

I love pizza. Must try those discovery wraps.

They make super tasty pizzas! I stocked up when Sainsbury's had them on offer for £1 a pack, not sure u have Sainsbury's? X

Dinner. It tasted lovely but looks a mess on the plate. Steamed salmon with veg and potato.

You need a bigger plate ;-) x

Ha I know. I'm using a 7 inch salad plate for my dinners at the moment. Need to get a 9 inch. My proper dinner plates are massive so if I ate off them my dinner would look tiny :)

Ah I see! I use my Side Plates too, try and trick my brain! X
