I don't use salad dressings at all, as a rule. Just squeeze a bit of lemon or lime juice over the salad. The squeezy bottles of juice last for ages in the fridge.
I like the Fry Light Salad Dressings (free), and Kraft Light Dressings are very low in syns. Sometimes you can't beat a bit of balsamic...and it's also nice to taste 'just' the salad, rather than the dressing.
