Sizing Terror, why?

If it fitted me when I bought it, and I've lost half a stone since then, why am I in absoloute terror that my party frock won't fit me on saturday? It's so bad I almost bought the size up today as a spare just in case..anyone else get this?

Thanks guys, I have tried it on (several times) and I know in my head it fits me but some little demon somewhere is telling me it doesn't and it's going to be a disaster..it's just pure and utter panic and I don't know why.

I am going out next month i am hoping to be almost 2 stone lighter and able to fit in some nice "me" clothes i planned on buying something in camden but now im freaking (to the point of an anxity attack) that i will still be too fat to find something i like that fits and will look stupid so now i am taking a spare dress which im frightened to try on yet because i dont want to untill a week before to see if it fits

if your phone has a camera then take a pic of yourself in the dress - or better get someone else to...then you can have a quick check to shut the demon up!

I tried the dress on again, it fits me just fine, but I went out and bought the bigger size just in case - will take it back unworn after the party!

Glad it's not just me who can't get her head round this. Still think i am 2-3 sizes bigger than i actually am. I wake up in the morning and have to check i haven't gained a couple of stones overnight!!! Thought i was going mad!!!!
